Why is the USA on the BOTTOM of this CIA world factbook list?

3. We are a credit nation that puts alot of capital into other nations, weather its buying there goods or investing in there nation. The world has alot invested in this countries prosperity, so even though we are at the bottom of this fact book, we are still very economically influential. As far as this not being justice I ask what is justice in the marketplace?
4. We owe more than all the other countries combined. We are not broke. I know that Donald Trump owed $900 million and lived better than people that had 100,000 in the bank. We got off the gold standard and realized that we just print the stuff. Apparently other countries haven't learned this little trick yet?
