Some good sites for facts on education around the world?

I'm doing a report on lack of education in 3rd world countries and stuff, and I need some info on the matter. I need graphs too. If you could find some websites that have information about this, I'd greatly appreciate it. :) And also this report is supposed to have opinions in it, so I'd like you guys' opinions on the quality of education worldwide. Thanks.

1. US education below College level is a 3rd world ranking. Approach it with that attitude and you will score high!!
