2. It is my understanding that there is a public version that has only unclassified information, and that there is a version that includes classified information that is only available to people with the proper security clearances.
3. Yes. It's available online.
4. Anything the CIA lets the public read will be a lie and they will track anyone that visits their website.
5. Unless this is a trick question I must say YES. I use the online version every day in my research. If there is a "secret" version then I am sure it is with all the other piles of intelligence that the average person does not have access to.
