World Fact Site

I am thirsting for knowledge. Do you any site that provides much general information (world history..etc)?

When I say general knowledge, i mean trivia, general information like History facts etc... ..Stuff like King Solomon's temple and Elizabeth Bathory. Thing is, I don't have much time to study every textbook ( I can't buy 'em all since they're expensive, haha) so I just need to resort to the Net. I tried Googling or typing that to search engines but the results were dissappointing. Besides, I told you, I lack time. Thanks for the help, ya guys *hey you guys, sorry for the typo up there in my question :( I mistakenly deleted a word (it should be do you KNOW any site that provides...) haha

4. i love wikipedia i usually look up a subject i am interested in and at the bottom of the page it usually has links to other stuff that are related to that subject and i find it quite interesting and of course, Yahoo Answers is good too
